A scan gap needs context: check the route, last event and carrier before assuming a parcel is lost.
Match the number to the journey
A seller’s domestic delivery to the warehouse and your international parcel are separate journeys. Check that you are viewing the parcel you submitted for overseas delivery rather than the original product order.
Sugargoo’s tracking walkthrough directs users to My Parcel → Check Logistics. Save the parcel number, tracking number, selected shipping line and dispatch date. If the account displays a separate destination-carrier number, keep that too.
Read the last event carefully
The official tracking guide notes that cross-border updates can lag because of customs processing, fewer scans on some routes and handovers between carriers. A lack of new scans alone does not prove a loss, and this website cannot determine the location of your parcel.
| Last visible event | What to check next |
|---|---|
| Number created or information received | Whether physical acceptance has been recorded |
| Carrier accepted the parcel | The next event expected for your selected route |
| International transit or airport event | Route notices and any stated scan gaps |
| Customs processing | Whether you have received a verified document request |
| Local carrier handover | Any separate last-mile tracking number |
| Delivered, but you cannot find it | Delivery details, household receipt and the carrier’s enquiry process |
These are checks to make, not a predicted timetable. Event wording and scan coverage differ between carriers.
Decide when to ask for help
Compare the current status with the route estimate and any notice in your account. Contact support when information is unclear, a stated estimate has been exceeded or a deadline-sensitive request arrives. There is no universal rule that every parcel must produce a scan within a fixed number of days.
For a document or payment request, verify it in your account or through the carrier’s official contact channel before acting. Record the date and exact request so support can review it.
Send an enquiry with the facts
Use this template instead of sending only “Where is my order?”
Parcel: [number]. Tracking: [number]. Shipping line: [name]. Dispatched: [date]. Latest event: [exact wording and timestamp]. The account shows [estimated delivery range or notice]. Please confirm whether action is required from me and whether there is a separate destination-carrier number.
Attach a screenshot of the timeline and preserve previous replies. If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, report that specific issue promptly and keep any delivery photo or proof-of-delivery details. Claims and protection conditions depend on the route and services selected; a tracking enquiry does not automatically establish compensation.
