Check the listing first, review your own QC photos, then pay international shipping.

Check the listing before payment

Open the original seller page and save the exact variant you intend to buy. A styled photograph may show several objects while the selected option sells only one. Check the unit, quantity and written contents rather than relying on the main image.

Detail Confirm before ordering
Variant Exact color, size and selected option price
Measurements Seller chart, units and measurement method
Material Written specification; treat an unstated claim as unknown
Contents Pair or single item, accessories and packaging
Dispatch Stock or preorder statement and any seller estimate
Returns Seller conditions and item exclusions

If translated details contradict the original listing, preserve the text and ask a specific question. For example: “The selected option says bag only, but the image shows a strap. Is the strap included?” Keep the reply with the order. Reviews of another size or older version are not evidence for your selected option.

Place the order in your Sugargoo account

Sugargoo’s official guide describes pasting a supported product link into its search bar, selecting the options, and submitting the order. Review the imported page against the original listing. If the variant names or price look wrong, ask customer service before paying.

Your payment at this stage covers the purchase and applicable domestic delivery or selected services. International freight is a later payment. Keep the order number so you can match each warehouse item to the correct listing.

Make a decision at the warehouse

When your item arrives, review the QC photos for that specific order. Compare the visible size label, color, quantity and condition with the details you saved. A product image on this site cannot replace that inspection.

For an unclear measurement or detail, request the relevant additional photo or service before releasing the item for shipping. If there is a problem, contact support promptly and follow the current return instructions. See our QC checklist and returns guide.

Choose delivery after you know what is in the parcel

Select the accepted items for packing, enter the destination and compare the available shipping routes. Read the line’s weight calculation, restrictions, estimated transit time and optional protection terms. Do not assume a route accepts an item just because its listing imported successfully.

Confirm the final quote, address and contact details before paying freight. Then save the parcel number and tracking information separately from your product order number.

First-order habit: keep a small note with three headings—ordered, checked, shipped. Move each item to the next heading only after you have reviewed the relevant details. This prevents an unchecked item from slipping into a combined parcel.
