Verify the product identity after any redirect; a working page is not enough if it opens the wrong item.
Identify where the failure happens
Write down whether the problem is on the spreadsheet, seller page or Sugargoo import screen. Save the URL, error text and device used. A screenshot of a blank page alone does not tell support which link failed.
Sugargoo’s troubleshooting article describes possible causes including app redirects, login requirements and incomplete or complex shared links. These are possibilities to test, not proof of the cause of your particular error.
Try a clean copy from the source
If you can open the original seller listing, copy its complete product URL using the browser or seller app’s sharing function. Avoid copying only the visible text of a shortened link. Paste the supported product link into Sugargoo and compare the imported product with the original.
Do not remove random URL parameters unless you know which identify the product. An identifier can be essential. You also should not need to enter payment details into an unrelated link-converter site just to inspect a URL.
Check these details after a redirect or import:
- Is this the same product and seller?
- Is your intended color or size still offered?
- Does the selected option have the expected quantity and price?
- Is the item available for purchase through your account?
Treat an unavailable option as a separate problem
A link can load correctly while the size you wanted has sold out. The seller may have changed the listing or removed the product. Do not choose an arbitrary replacement option just to make the order go through.
If the original and imported pages disagree, ask support to confirm the intended option. Save the previous screenshot so you can explain the difference clearly.
Send a useful support request
Adapt this message:
This product URL fails at [seller page or import step]. The error says [text]. I tried [device and browser]. I want [exact option]. Please confirm whether this listing can be purchased and whether a replacement link refers to the same product.
If you choose another seller, start a fresh comparison of measurements, materials and return conditions. A similar image does not establish that the replacement is the same item.
