Inspect the photos of your own warehouse item. A listing image or another buyer’s QC cannot approve your order.

Know which photo you are viewing

A product-card image helps you recognise a listing. Another buyer's QC photos show their item at a particular time. Your warehouse photos show the specific item associated with your own order. Match that order number before deciding what to ship.

Sugargoo's official QC guide describes five free item photos for agent orders after warehouse arrival and one packed-parcel photo. Additional detail photos are available through paid services. Confirm the current service on your order.

Visual inspection can help check appearance, labels, color, quantity and visible damage. It cannot establish authenticity, guarantee fit or demonstrate every internal function. Official guidance also notes that some sealed items are inspected without opening them.

Check every category

Use the list below as a prompt for reviewing visible details. A feature that is not visible has not been confirmed. Ask for a specific photo or service if it matters to your decision.

CategoryUseful details to inspect or request
SneakersBoth shoes, selected size label, visible sole and upper condition; a measurement using the seller's chart method.
HoodiesChest and body length, print or logo placement, cuffs, seams and the selected color.
T-shirtsChest width, shoulder and length; visible print condition and seams.
JacketsSelected variant, lining, visible zipper and fasteners. A photograph alone does not prove that a zipper operates correctly.
BagsDimensions, straps, handles, visible closures and accessories included in the listing.
WatchesDial, case, strap and included accessories. Timekeeping and water resistance are not established by a still photo.
BeltsLength measurement, buckle, holes and the selected color or width.
HatsStyle, size label, visible stitching and any adjustable closure.
PantsWaist, rise and leg length using the seller's measurement points; pockets and seams.
JeansWaist and inseam, wash color, closures and visible fabric condition.

Missing or unclear photos

Check the order number and status first: seller dispatch, warehouse receipt and photography are separate steps. Record whether all photos are absent or a particular view is unclear. Forwarding orders have separate inspection conditions; confirm the agreement for that order type.

ProblemRequest
No photos visibleConfirm inspection status for the order.
Blurry imageAsk for a clear retake of the affected view.
Wrong item shownVerify the photo set belongs to the correct order.
Missing measurementSpecify the dimension and request a visible tape and endpoints.

The official FAQ describes free retakes of unclear included photos. A new angle or measurement can require a paid service. Confirm which applies and whether any fee is due.

Request a useful detail photo

Be specific about the angle, measurement and order. For example: “Please show the belt laid straight with a tape from the buckle reference point used in the seller's chart to the middle hole.” Confirm service availability and any fee first.

Order [number] is shown as [status]. Photo [number] does not show [detail] clearly. Please confirm whether a retake or additional photo service is needed, and any fee. I need this detail before deciding whether to keep the item.

Keep an unresolved item out of your parcel selection. Waiting for a photo does not automatically extend the seller's return deadline.

Make a decision before shipping

Save your comparison and any support reply. If the selected variant is wrong or a defect is visible, keep the item out of your parcel and ask about the current after-sales options promptly. Review return conditions before altering tags or packaging.

If everything you need has been checked, move on to the packing and weight guide. An accepted appearance check does not predict the final shipping price.
